Meet Dr. Kyle Kunz
I am a lifelong Midwesterner. Growing up in the Western suburbs where I now live with my wife, two girls and Bernedoodle. After graduating Wheaton College, I worked in a primary care clinic on the West side of Chicago where I saw the impact physicians can have on the community through building intimate relationships. I then went to University of Illinois College of Medicine, followed by Washington University at St. Louis for residency. Also, completing the Wash U Teaching Physician Pathway and Primary Care Track.
After residency, I worked at Northwestern Medicine as a full-time primary care physician while also teaching faculty at Feinberg School of Medicine and supervising residents on the inpatient service at Northwestern Memorial. It was a great learning experience but ultimately decided to move to concierge medicine in 2022 in order to practice medicine in a way I felt patients deserved. It gave me the time to use my education training by empowering patients to embrace their health through understanding as well as passion for building relationships.
I now have the ability to not only focus on managing chronic disease and making sure patients are up to date on screenings but also dive deep into the root causes of disease. I am passionate about using lifestyle interventions as the first line therapy. Through optimizing diet and exercise and measuring progress via in-house testing, we (myself included) have the best chance at living our lives to the fullest!
