No. We do not bill visits through insurance. All visits are included in the annual membership fee.

Yes. Services outside of the office will still be billed through insurance such as specialist visits, imaging, hospital services, medications.

During office hours, you will have access to your doctor via our secure messaging service via both call and text message. For urgent matters, you can also get in touch with your doctor outside of office hours.

The goal is to keep you out of the hospital but emergencies do happen. In these cases, we are able to help facilitate care both in the emergency department and hospital by communicating with your care team.

Yes. We have privileges at AdventHealth Hinsdale/LaGrange as well as Northwestern. This helps coordinate care with access to records as well as communication with the staff.
